1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ISPnova management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You may use Agilo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable Bangladeshi laws and BTRC regulations.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed via the configured payment gateway. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Agilo. We process this data solely to provide the service. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Agilo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.
